In this photo the first thing I did was adjust the levels of the photo to make sure the brightness was right. Then I used the burn tool to darken and put more detail in the clouds and the grass at the bottom of the photo. Next, I used the filter Fresco, then I changed the brush size to 10 and also the brush detail to 10 and I changed the texture to 3. I thought this made the photo really interesting, the filter made the top corners of the photo darker so I think this made you concentrate more on the sunset.
